A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of your tour must be paid 60 days prior to departure. Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure may be subject to additional charges. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. Africa Exotica cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary vaccinations and health precautions for their destination. Africa Exotica will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for health-related issues during the tour.
While we make every effort to follow the published itinerary, Africa Exotica reserves the right to modify the tour programme due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of similar value will be made where possible.
Africa Exotica acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other service providers. We cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the actions or omissions of these third-party providers.
Participants in motorcycle tours must hold a valid motorcycle licence. Riders are responsible for their own safety and must wear appropriate protective gear at all times. A damage waiver may be required for motorcycle rentals.
